College Prep Rx unravels the daunting challenge of the college admissions process facing high school students and their families in today’s competitive world. Our goal is to help students navigate through the many steps necessary to piece the college puzzle together for a great fit.  We offer a full range of services including early high school curriculum planning, narrowing the college search, application support, financial aid resources, and NCAA student athlete opportunities.

Carla Palffy, M.Ed, LPC is the managing director of College Prep Rx, LLC and a licensed professional counselor with over five years experience as an undergraduate academic advisor and adjunct professor at Wayne State University.  As a Michigan licensed school counselor, Carla has worked in the Grosse Pointe Public School system in both the middle school and high school counseling offices in the past three years.
